What kind of music do you show up with?

We have a vast music library, spanning from the 1930's through the biggest top 40 hits of the new millennium.  If we do not have a specific song and you let us know at least 7 days prior to the event, we will do everything possible to locate the title for you at no cost to make sure we have it available for play at your event.

What is the proper amount to tip the DJ(s)?

All of our DJ's are paid on an hourly rate, according to the number of hours of the event.  However, please keep in mind that the ability to keep a large crowd having fun for several hours does take an acquired skill.  Tips are graciously appreciated by our DJ's and provide a wonderful compliment on the service they have performed.  Past tips have ranged from $20 to $100 depending on the superb level of service that they provide.

What can I do to help the DJ?

You pay us to do the work.  The only thing we ask of you is to make sure that someone is there to let us in on time, and that there is some sort of table provided for the DJ to place his music on.  Oh yes, we also ask that you sit back, relax and enjoy the event.  We'll take it from there.

What happens if the crowd gets a little too rowdy?  Can the DJ get my guests to settle down?

Yes, usually the DJ can spot a crowd getting rowdy and will curb it then, or if you feel the crowd is a little too "enthusiastic" for your taste, let the DJ know.  He/she will take care of it.  If it continues, and the source is one or two troublemakers, the DJ may ask them to leave.  While complete crowd control may be impossible for the DJ to accomplish, all reasonable means shall be used.

How much time does it take to setup and teardown the equipment?

There is extra time that needs to be allotted before and after the event for setting up and tearing down the entertainment equipment.  This time does not cost you anything extra.  The specific amounts of time needed are printed on your contract and are included in the entertainment system area of our website.
